Turner was my first Papillon. He was purchased from a pet store. While we have been lucky and Turner has not had any health problems (yet), he does have some behavioral issues that are common to commercially bred dogs. I was asked by several people when Turner was younger to write an article regarding some of the issues that we have faced with him. You can find the article here.
Turner was named for my favorite (former) player on the Pittsburgh Pirates, Turner Ward. His registered name is Towal's Page Turner. He was named by some folks in Papichat.
